NFR Values

My promise to you:

Authenticity: No salesy BS. I will not push or pressure anyone into a sale or service they don’t need or want. I will remain true to my own personality, and show up in a real unfiltered way for others. I will not magnify or create insecurities for clients related to their skin or image.

Integrity: I will be truthful and sincere about how I can help someone or address their concerns. I will work to understand them and communicate clearly when I think something is outside the scope of my practice. I will hold true to my word, and show up ready to serve. I will work to make things right if I’ve made a mistake or failed to provide service to these standards.

Professionalism: I will not be unkempt, late for appointments, unhygienic in my workspace or treatments, or rude. I will hold to professional standards of conduct, and will not speak ill of others or other businesses to my clients.

Compassion: I will hold space for the struggles of others, and respect their wants, needs, and personal boundaries. I will offer warmth and understanding to those who need guidance or support, within my scope of practice.

Gratitude: I will be thankful, appreciative, and humble about my opportunities to serve and care for others. I will not take for granted the gift it is to be trusted with someone’s self-care time and dollars. I will keep my practice grounded in God’s goodness and abiding hope.

Openness: I will remain open to growth, continuing education, and changing to make my process better. I will welcome feedback and ideas for improvement in my services, and aim to take critiques with grace and constructive change.

Self-care: I will model behaviors of prioritizing taking care of myself, and honoring time to recharge. I will hold boundaries and limits with my working hours and time to protect my energy, and continue to show up as my best, healthy self in service.

In your service & confidence,
Whitney
