About Me

I’ve always known that whatever I do in my career, I want to be working with and serving people. I’m a natural extrovert, and people-person who loves making others feel amazing, inside and out. My goal in serving you through NFR Aesthetics is to give you a welcoming space where you can retreat, refresh, and reveal your true unfiltered beauty.

My work experience has evolved from a bachelor’s degree in Art & Communication, to self-employment as a voice instructor since 2010, and over a decade of experience in patient care within optometry & ophthalmology.

I am a mother, wife, and cat-lover. I am also a certified holistic health coach, with years of experience helping women make holistic lifestyle changes that improve their wellbeing and health.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me on a patio with friends enjoying a glass of wine, downtown with my husband, racing to activities for my son, or thrifting amazing vintage fashion! I also love to sing and play piano, snuggle on the couch with my cats, and perform abundant self-care rituals in my coziest robe at home.

I am passionate about client education, taking time to know you and your specific goals and concerns, and building a beautiful foundation for your glow to shine inside out!
